And down the stretch I come...

Were now a month away from my one year anniversary date of the beginning of my program. I remember thinking I would lose 90 pounds by summer. That was my goal. And I thought it was possible. And it very well may have been possible. If I had stayed true to course every day for the past year. But I didn't. But I did continue to lose weight through the year and I am official.y down62 pounds from my start and I know I will one day be down another 40 pounds for a full 100.

You have followed your program and incorporated it into your life. I think the way you have done it is excellent and is definitely paving the road to success!

Looking back at pictures, I now believe that I was much heavier at one time than the 320 pound starting point. But I don't know for sure.

I remember a few months before I started the program my biggest pairs of pants were tight. And a few weeks before I began someone telling me I lookd like I had lost some weight.

Either way it is working...Thank!
