When you work on losing weight...I mean really work at it, you learn a lot about yourself and how you deal with different issues. I have learned that I used to deal with lots of things by eating. Eating what ever was available. Similar I guess to how an alcoholic might treat booze.
I would eat to feel better and I would eat because we were celebrating so, hey, let's go out to eat. And I can't speak for others but when eating out I tend to eat a lot more than if I was at home. And then there is the snacking...
It's very easy to snack when no one can see or would know otherwise. And I am a victim of my own faults with snacking. Some ways I battle that is brushing my teeth earlier in the evening that I might otherwise and chewing lots of gum.
Hoodia Blast worked great with the cravings. I'm now taking regular Hoodia. That works with the hunger well but not as good with the cravings. Of course my system may just have gotten used to the Hoodia.
Speaking of Hoodia, I wouldn't try and lose weight by only taking Hoodia. I would balance that with a healthier diet and some moderate exercise.
