Let Me Be Honest

I enjoy posting daily about my weight loss and plan to better health. And while I have not been losing any weight recently, I have not been gaining either. But I have been snacking way to much this past week. It's like I have developed some sort of weakness over the past week or two. And I don't know what it is.

The good part is I haven't been gaining any weight. But I now wonder how close would I be to my weight loss goal if I hadn't been snacking so much. And its not as if I have been eating a ton of food just snacking more than I should and specially late at night.

Anyway...I struggle sometimes with the snacking. And I know I need to increase my focus and decrease the snacking. Because when I'm snacking I'm aware that I'm not actually hungry and I'm just wanting something to satisfy the cravings. And that's part of the reason I'm looking at going from regular Hoodia to Hoodia Blast. I haven't taken Hoodia Blast in several months (mostly because I can find it in SC) but I recall the Hoodia Blast giving my more energy and it being better at fighting cravings. The regular Hoodia helps with the hungry, just not the cravings.

Anyway...just thought I would share the struggles of late. Hoping that coming clean will help me get back on track.
