That was lunch today. My lunch meeting got pushed back to tomorrow or Friday. Because I was planning on having lunch with someone I left my normal protein shake at home. I stopped by the local GNC store today and picked up a Power Bar and a Coke Zero from a local gas station. And sat in my car reading the USA Today.
The Power Bar...230 calories and 15 calories from fat. Coke Zero...no calories.
I'm glad that I didn't end up doing the easy thing and settling for fast food or a quick fix of junk food. That would've been so much easier than a Power Bar.

Good job. It would have been the easy thing to do to grab a quick something and then kind of blow your day. Good for you. It's all paying off.
