Weight Loss Myth

As I continue to lose weight I do research to learn the best ways to keep the weight off. And I have learned, by reading articles online, that there are a lot of myths about weight loss.

One of those myths is not eating so many hours before you go to bed. The more important thing to think about is the amount of calories you eat any given day. It comes down to eating healthy and not eating too much.

The main thing to do is not take in more calories a day than your body can burn. Of course that sounds easy. And its not.

I think one of the reasons we think we shouldn't eat after 7pm or so many hours before you go to sleep is that is the time we tend to snack when were not hungry. I know that's when my biggest weakness shows up. Right before bed...after dinner. And that's has been one of the problems over the years. Is snacking after dinner before bedtime. Along with other things I did to promote gaining weight,
