I had Leadership training today. That's a class I attend once a month for a year. And today I brought my shake for lunch and told myself under no circumstance would I eat the meal that was prepared for the class. And then I did. I didn't overeat at the class but I did have the afternoon snack with the class.
The good news is I weighed tonight after dinner and I'm actually doing slightly better weight wise than I thought I would be doing after the day I had.
I should be better on track for the remainder of the week.
