I weighed this morning for the first time in a couple of days and I'm only 7 pounds away from where I want to be by December 18th. I want to lose 90 total pounds from my starting point of 320 and get to 250 by my year anniversary.
I weighed in at 257 this morning. My lowest weigh in since beginning my weight loss challenge was 252 a couple of months ago. I ended up staying around 262 for the last six to eight weeks. And now have finally started losing again.
One of the keys was there have been so many temptations since beginning that I had to be extra careful and that has forced me to turn most every thing away...including Monkey Bread.
Now that the weekend is here I need to be really mindful. Weekend tend to give me more downtown and with kids napping and sometimes little to do it is easier to go grab a snack. Not this weekend and not any more.
