Good and Bad

So I realized today that I have not had any weight loss to report in a major way for almost two months. I have been stable. Low weight around 255-258 and the high weight about 262-263. And fluxing back and forth between those areas.

I know that I have been not doing as good as I can since Thanksgiving. But weighing every day as kept me from gaining. It just hasn't helped me lose. I may need to keep focused on the maintaining now through the new year and then refocus on losing weight.

I know in the past when I have been to similar points I would do a full body cleansing product and that would always jump start a massive weight loss. Massive being 10 or more pounds over the next month.

I think I'll do a cleansing product to start the new year.

good idea ad.......sometimes it helps to take the pressure off and just stay stable...

I have found that the longer I maintain my weight loss, the harder it gets, in some ways. At first you get so much positive feedback -- people commenting on how great you look, etc. After a while you are no longer getting those comments and you realize how motivating they were. I've been at a plateau for a long time now and I'm not sure what I can reasonably do to move off it.
