This picture was taken yesterday as I was leaf blowing to make finding pecans easier. This picture shows that I have lost a decent amount of weight.I was even surprised at the amount of weight that I appear to have lost in this picture. One note...the jeans I'm wearing are sized 44 in the waist. One year ago I was wearing sized 50 waist jeans.

that is great ad....you look great and maybe this is just what you need to encourage yourself to keep going and cross over the plateau you have been writing about..sometimes it is so good to see yourself from the outside and say........wow...it really shows!!
