I'm off and running with year number two of my program. So far, so good.
My main focus will be a slower weight loss than last year and more focus on the getting in shape part. I am doing some small work outs at home and have promised myself I will find the time once a week or so, no matter the weather, to get out to the disc golf course for at least one round. That's my best way to have sustained activity over a period of time.
Once Spring gets here and I'll be more able to play outside with the kids, that will replace going to the course some of the time. Playing with my kids outside when we can run and jump makes a big difference.
Either way I'm determined to lose another 40 pounds so I can say I've lost 100 pounds. And then not gain it back. If I lost 60 pounds this year another 40 shouldn't be too difficult to lose.

you have begun the second year of your journey......good luck ad..I have always thought about "achieved" weight loss and "established" weight loss...we can all achieve our goal but making the change an established and permanent part of who we are is the next step in my mind I guess..
