I Have a Scale...
Bought one tonight. But we bought it after going out to eat for the first time since before Christmas. And we had Mexican. Which means chips and salsa before dinner and a nice drink as well. So I might wait a bit before taking a picture with the scale. Maybe just the scale...none with me on the scale...yet.

ok honey...I understand..josh, christopher and amelia have been here this weekend and the kids and I made a chicken stir fry and we had chicken broccoli rice and dad and I had some wine with dinner and the stir fry had cashews in it and it was great and it was so far removed from how I have been eating that it felt a little out of control even if I did watch portion sizes..so I understand..do only what feels comfortable and keeps you in control....good job getting the scale tho!!!
