The Long Haul

I just realized something today. I realized that I'm in this weight loss/health movement/protein shake daily for the long haul.

While I've always known that I was going to be doing this forever and I just didn't realize it on a more conscience level. That is until today. And I'm okay with that. I'm okay with the way I live my life when it comes to the choices I make about what I eat, when I eat and how much I eat.

I no longer miss the snacking during the day or the large lunches or the cake or the sugar cereal. I enjoy having more energy. And being able to play with my kids in ways that I was not able to play with them a year ago.

This program I'm on works. And it can work for you.

that is great ad..it is the changes on the inside that are so interesting and so key to keeping on a program..sometimes I think once the inside changes take place the outside will happen...it really becomes a lifestyle change...you don't have to make yourself "do it" anymore...it becomes how you live...

this is so exciting...
