Smaller, not lighter

So as I work into 2008 I am now using the next to last hole on my belt every day now (I had been going back and forth with the 2nd to last and the next to last) and I still seem to be maintaining my weight.

I've been told over the years you lose inches before pounds. And I don't really know if that is true or not. While I've heard it over the years I've never seen proof or heard it from someone that would be considered an expert in the weight loss field.

So I continue with my two shakes and vitamins. And I need to make sure I hold back on the amount I eat for supper and evening snacks.

Either way...I'm going to get down to my target weight of 230 pounds. And possible 220. And I'm going to do it with this blog, my shakes and your support.

you have my full support ad...you will get there..sounds like you have hit a plateau of some kind..what I read this morning in my email from the site I am using was about hitting plateaus..I will send it on to you if you wish...
