On Tuesdays I spend the night in NC. It gives me a couple of more hours Tuesday afternoon to work in the office and gets me to that office a couple of hours earlier on Wednesday. Its almost like an additional half day to cover the ground.
The challenge is the program and what to do. Last week I substituted 200 calorie bars for my Wednesday breakfast and lunch and my Tuesday night supper. This time I'm bringing a canister of protein and some water in a bottle. While my shakes tomorrow won't be as cold as I like...at least I'll have my shakes. Which makes things a bit easier.
And I think I'll go walking tonight. A nice brisk walk in the mountains.

good planning adam....not only will it keep you on your program but the walk will add a new dimension...
I am looking forward to spring so I can walk along the lake again...
wish i was there to walk with you...it just sounded nice when I read that...
and I am down 12.6 lbs as of this morning...that is my good news..
