Working Wonders

I am so glad I brought a big bottle of water and my protein with me on this overnight trip. I was able to make my protein shake this morning and that was so much better than grabbing a bar or trying to do a low cal fast food meal. If they even exist.

Last night I had dinner with some old friends. It was nice. We had Mexican and I probable ate to many chips with salsa before dinner. But while they all ordered fried ice cream after dinner, I held off. And that's a small victory.

Just so the weight keeps falling, I keep feeling better and the clothes get looser and looser.

terrific..........you are doing great....so glad taking your water and protein worked well for you..

on certain days at work now I will take a yogurt to eat in between clients...having what you need when you need it does work wonders...

and keeps us in control of what we put in our bodies....
