Back on the Weightloss Program

After realizing over the weekend that while I have been good with having my shakes for breakfast and for lunch I know that I have been eating more than I should at dinner and having snacks more often than in the past. So last night I did much better at dinner time and no snacking. And I will not snack today either.

It is time to start dropping again. If I'm going to reach my ultimate goal this year...being below 230 pounds and close to 220 I need to get serious once again. And I know I can do it.

I have built a pretty good support network and that helps. And keeping this blog makes me accountable to those that read the blog. I will begin posting some more pictures and telling some of those funny to you stories.

you'll do it ad......spring is coming too and pretty soon you will be out and about again on the disc golf course and playing in the yard with the boys...
