Two days in a row with no snacking and the weight is beginning to fall.
I stepped on the scale this morning and while not a big loss by any means I was still lower than I had been since before Chrismtas. And I believe the no snacks the last couple of days is what has made the difference.
I'm also having my breakfast shake as soon as I get up in the morning instead of waiting till 8:00 or so to start the shake. And I've been told that eating as soon as you get up in the morning that it gets your body cranked up so you begin burning calories sooner.
My confidence is back and so is my losing ways.
