So I step on the scale this morning...when I first woke up and the scale said 254. Which is good. And then later, after doing some things around the house, I stepped on the scale again (I had not eaten yet) and the scale said 262. And then a few minutes later it said 260.
I'm not sure why...but a bit frustrating.

I weigh once a day..right when I wake up...I have done this same thing since Jan 1..there is clearly a pattern..when I lose a lb or two..that loss will stay a day or two and then it goes up a few tenths or a lb or even more...and if I just follow my program consistently then I will drop a couple lbs over the next few days and then it will go up a bit again..but the overall result has been between one and two lbs a week...I have just been doing my part and let the program work..
and is it frustrating?
at times yes...and I am trying to make the pattern just be what it is and keep my focus on how far I have come and not on where I wish I was..
so far since jan 1..I have lost 13.2 lbs...that is maybe about 10 weeks .. 68 days now..so the average loss is a little more than a lb a week but the inches are showing and I am getting into pants I haven't worn for several years and I am going to have to put away some of the ones I have been wearing..
so keep the faith ad......do your program and keep on sharing your experience because it sure helps me to focus and .......write huge long comments to my favorite son..mom xo
