I hadn't posted much this past week. One reason I was out of town and the other was I was not doing well with my program.
I gained quite a bit of weight. I weight 267 sometime last week and that was difficult to see. Even with that knowledge I still have been snacking more than I should. I have only myself to blame.
I didn't buy any protein this month. I buy my protein now at the GNC in Seneca. If you buy two at a time it's buy one get the second for half price. If you buy during the first week of the month and have a GNC Gold Card you get an additional 20% off of you purchase. I have been buying two tubs (10 pounds) every month. Two tubs lasts me more than one month. So this past month I decided to not buy more protein thinking I would make it to the end of April. I didn't.
I've been surviving on my wits and my ability to balance a diet with calorie counting. It has not worked well. Because of the savings I get by buying at the beginning of the month, I have been waiting. And I will wait a bit longer.
Tomorrow's plan is oatmeal in the morning and a sandwich in the afternoon. I'm looking forward to my protein again the end of this week.

at least now you know how much you depend on the protein...may will soon be here and you will have your protein back...just 4 more days to go until the first of may...good luck honey!!!
