This past week or so I've been holding steady. Morning weigh ins about 257 and evening weigh ins about 261.
I'm getting mentally ready for another big push. One where I'll do the full body cleansing and eat nothing other than two shakes and one moderate meal a day. That's what I did for 10 months when I dropped 60 pounds. And while I've been doing fine since, I now know that I haven't been as good as I need to be and I know I need the extra mental power to get to the next level. I'll be ready soon to take the next step. It is a never ending battle.

good job ad......just hold steady till other things in your life settle down......you will get the focus back.........you just can't do everything all at once...seems the weight loss needs to be the focus for it to happen...at least getting it started again...
