I have decided to change my shake recipe. I've been doing 16 ounces of water with two scoops of protein powder. Starting today I'm going with 12 ounces of milk with one scoop. The calorie count will be the same. The milk will give my some much needed vitamin D.
The change is to help prolong how long the shake/protein lasts and to do something a little difference while keeping the calorie count easy to keep up with.
We move on Saturday (hopefully) and with the new home I'm hoping to start a renewed effort to go with living somewhere new...with the idea that I'm starting a new chapter in more than one area.
