Wanting to eat

Last night we had pot roast for dinner with mashed potato's, carrots, onion and dinner rolls. I did well with a small serving to start, a second serving of carrots and two dinner rolls. I drank sugar free lemonade as a snack that was it.

Then I found myself waking up several times over the course of the night. At 2:00 in the morning I ate one more dinner roll. I'm not sure why I didn't sleep well last night but I know I will probable sleep well tonight. At least I hope I sleep well.

The good news is the scale was very kind to me this morning at 259. With me spending today in the mountains and purposely bringing no additional cash I will be doing my protein shake for breakfast, lunch and dinner today and breakfast and lunch tomorrow. I'm bringing banana chips with me today in case I find I'm needing more calories than just shakes today will provide.

I'm hoping to have more playtime with the boys to help burn some of this energy and to help burn calories.
