How do you know I'm not following my program?  I don't post as often as I should.
Two things happened recently.  One is I was sick and had to go to the doctor to get meds.  I stepped on the scale and was the heaviest I had been in more than a year.  I weighed in at 278.  Which is 16 pounds heavier than the last time I weighed in at the doctors.  Not good.
The second thing is someone mentioned yesterday that it looks like I have lost some weight.  Which makes me wonder if I was even heavier than the 278 at the doctors office.
So here I am...needing to get serious again and wondering what I should or need to focus on.  I still do my shakes for breakfast and lunch most days, but not all.  I do believe it is a combination of  not sticking to my program, not being as active and snacking too much on weekends and evenings.
I'm not sure where we stand right now.  I do know this...I can't go back to being so fat.  I don't want to feel the way I used to when I was way over 300 pounds.  I want to weight less than 250.
