Day 3

I woke up this morning and stepped on the scale and I weighed 174. A gain from the previous day. One thing I've learn and I hope I will continue to learn from is the importance of weighing every day.

I know if you read old posts there are times I comment on not weighing every day because of being demotivated. I know that can happened. Right now if I don't see a decrease in my weight I'm going to be disappointed. I think seeing my weight everyday will help in keeping me focused. I lost that focus since Christmas and I think it played a role in my recent weight gain.

I have a Nutritionist as my guest on Friday's talk show. I'm hoping to learn from that interview and I might begin some counseling with her...if time and my budget allow.
