A Brand New Start

As of this morning I weighed 297.8 lbs. A lot more than my last post on this site. Let's review.

I started my weight loss program in December 2006. I weighed 320 lbs. I was able to lose 70 pounds before settling in at 258-262...which I held for two years before slowing gaining weight back to 290 or so. I've held at 290 for about two to three months before I decided to try something new.

This new program, which I'll share more about later (if it works), has you eat anything and everything for two days straight before beginning the program...which promises a weight loss of one to two pounds a day for three to six weeks. The two days of eating I went from 290 to 297.8.
