Down two pounds on Day 4

I'm now on the 4th day of my 'new' weight loss program. When I stepped on the scale this morning I weighed in at 296.8 pounds. That's not bad for day four.

Today I had a medium sized apple for breakfast with lemon water. For lunch I had a broiled chicken breast in a lettuce salad (iceberg) with a Apple Cider Vinegar/Yellow Mustard homemade salad dressing. I drank, more lemon water, with lunch.

So far, that's been it today.

Dinner will be a salad again, but this time, it will include tomatoes, cucumbers and onion. The chicken breast will be broiler again with lemon juice to add some flavor. I'll drink lemon water again.
