I have, however, realized that when I do eat lunch and dinner that I need something with more taste. My wife and I have been grilling 93% lean ground beef, boneless & skinless chicken breast, and different kinds of fish.
The other day someone gave my wife a cook book designed for this program and she made buffalo chicken. It was fabulous! We've also made a lemon chicken that was quite good.
So while I'm not hungry I do need strong flavors when I eat.

I think that is true on jusr about any diet ad......continuing to find tasty foods and meals and yet keep the calorie count low is important to the success of weight loss...then you can always look forward to and enjoy the food you are able to eat and stay on program..
