More than 20 pounds lost!

I've lost more than 20 pounds now. This morning's weigh in was 276.6. My wife is also losing too.

Still not hungry but I beginning to realize how much of what I eat it related to things other than hunger.

are you still feeling good? healthy..have energy...

and is there someplace to read about what happens as you continue on the diet until you reach your goal and then how you are moved into maintenance?

Congratulations! (Where's the "like" button?!).

This is wonderful - and I do not doubt that effort and thought are being put into this endeavor. And I know from my own experiences, it is important to be aware of the "why" I do/did some of the things I do/did. Very good work, indeed.
