Lunch yesterday was a 4 ounce chicken breast with romaine salad with tomatoes and a yellow mustard/apple cider vinegar homemade dressing with water to drink. Dinner was a 4 ounce salmon grilled with a romaine salad - same salad I had with lunch.
I've been eating an apple in the morning and strawberries at night but did not have either yesterday. Today I've brought an apple to work with me but will only eat it if I feel my sugar levels dropping or lunch doesn't do the trick.
This new program is interesting. I don't have an interest in food. Last night while eating dinner I was so not interested in eating I had only half my salad and had to force my self to eat the 4 ounce chicken breast.
