A small decrease

This morning's weigh in was 272.6. A small decrease in weight compared to what we've seen so far. At least it is a decrease.

Today I'm going hiking at Chattooga Belle Farm with a group of Disc Golfers. We'll be laying out the final design of the Disc Golf course at the farm and will probable walk three to four miles in the 90 degree + heat. That should burn some calories.

I'm bring several 24 ounce bottles of water for the trek. I know I'll need it.

congratulations on your weight loss and good luck in your hiking. definitely, water is the best weapon you got to reach your goal.
