Down a little more

Weighed in this morning at 273. A slight decrease from yesterday.

My wife and I are both doing this program but have altered our diet slightly from the suggestions. We're adding more varieties of fruits and veggies than is suggested or recommended in the program guidelines.

Fruits and veggies that we've added include bananas, peppers, plums, peaches and broccoli. We've also found Crystal Light icicles. No sugar. Very low calories. Its nice to have some more choices while you're working the program.

We've also added more varieties of lettuce.
