I haven't shared as much about who I am in this blog yet. I'm 37, married with a 10 year-old, a two year-old and a one year-old. I live and work in Estherville, Iowa for the local radio station. My main task is selling advertising.
The protein shake mix, vitamins and Hoodia Blast I purchase at the GNC in Spencer, Iowa. I don't purchase anything from the other GNC in my area (Fairmont, MN) because they don't advertise AND they don't carry the protein I like.
I began my program after tipping the scales at 320 pounds in mid December. I have listed some of the reasons I am doing this in an earlier post. If you're just beginning to read this blog, I encourage you to go back and read from the beginning.
