Regular Day

Sunday is the day that I choose to not follow my new program. While I don't go 'crazy' eating anything and everything, I find myself wanting to have something as a reward. The thing is I don't want to start thinking of different high calorie or empty calorie food as a reward. It's like training myself to strive for things that are bad for me. I don't know where it says rewards must be bad for you.

So I want to maybe find something that I don't normally have but enjoy and is a healthy alternative to the junk that seems to have my focus on Sundays. When I figure out what those items are, I'll share in a later post.

Good luck!! I find that, too. A treat is usually something sweet (chocolate), not sweet like watermelon. I'll be interested to hear what you find to be a treat.

I find that a treat like licorice or jelly beans is nice (if I can handle doing it in moderation). But they are no fat sweets. I also am thinking about getting some raspberries or something. They are a huge treat for me.

I try an avoid any candy. Even though some is fat free, I thing the sugar is to supporting of what I don't need.

I also tend to think if you count calories, you'll do better no matter what.
