Today I couldn't find a pair of pants that wasn't covered in cat fur and I couldn't find the lint roller to clean the pants. So I searched for an older pair of pants and tried those. And they actually fit. And fit better than they have in more than a year.

that is great ad....you are doing so well..sometimes changes show up in our clothes or just how we feel before they show up on the scale...your body has to be adjusting to your treating it differently...I am so proud of you..
