I ran out of Hoodia last week and was waiting for pay day to roll around before I bought any more Hoodia. I was going to try and go without the Hoodia but have learned that without Hoodia I do get hungry sooner and I wanted to eat more than I should. So to fight the hungry feelings I drank more water.
Well I noticed that drinking several glasses of water a day my weight was going up while I wasn't eating much more than normal. And I noticed on the days I battled the hunger without drinking lots of water that weight would drop several pounds overnight.
I'm glad I have my Hoodia again and I'm glad I have more protein.

This is why I tend to rely more on what the tape measure says (and how my clothes fit) than what the scale says. I find that my weight can fluctuate by a couple of pounds overnight and it certainly can't be that I actually gained or lost that much fat so quickly. Most of the experts say that its good for those trying to lose weight to drink a lot of water. It helps you feel full and it also helps the body metabolize fat (so they say). Some people recommend that you drink it as cold as possible so that your body has to expend a few more calories warming it up, but that's probably wishful thinking ;-)
I admire your determination. It helps me keep inspired to stay on track myself.
