Do Something...no matter what others say...

I think when you decide to start a weight loss program you need to do so matter what others say. Let me explain...

When I started this program I'm on (two protein shakes a day, vitamins and hoodia) a lot of people questioned how safe could this program actually be? (My doctor did sign off on the program being safe) Let's get one thing straight. While there may be somethings out there that aren't safe, most are safer than gaining weight and getting bigger and bigger.

I tend to believe that others don't want to see those of us that have always been the fat friend get thin. I think fat people can sometimes make others feel better (at least I'm not as fat as Adam!) I believe that some of the naysayers around me over the past year have jealousy issues because I'm doing something while they're only thinking about doing something.

If you're battling weight like I have over the years I want you to just start doing something. Walk a little more each day. Cut back on some of your intake. Say no to a second helping or to dessert.

I believe my program can work for most anyone. Two protein shakes a day, Hoodia with each shake and vitamins. And then a normal sized meal once per day with no seconds. It will make a difference. Will you be hungry? Sure...for the first few days. Can you survive the hunger? Yes, you can.

Feel free to post a comment. I want to hear from others. And I want to be able to help. Just recently I have sent two people I know to my source for protein and hoodia. If you send an email to me, I will give you a number to call and my friend, who owns a GNC, will get you going in the right direction.
