So I've noticed the last couple of weeks that my clothes are a bit looser and that I feel better but the scale hasn't moved but a bit. And it likes to move upwards too.
Maybe I need to go hard core...have only shakes for a couple of days. Or do lean cuisines for dinner. Or something. I'm thinking I might want to start knowing the exact amount of calories I have for dinner each night. And maybe eating earlier in the evening would help too.
That fact I've been drinking a lot of sugar free lemonade lately might just mean I'm carrying water weight. Either way...I need to start losing again so I can reach my goal...

I suppose that is true...going back to basics when you know things started moving might give you that feeling of control again..you are surely staying on top of it and not letting it get away from you...keep posting .. I think this is one of the best things you could be doing..
