And I felt like I had really slept. And I'm hoping that this is going to do me wonders today. I have not had the best weekend for keeping focused on my weight loss and better health. But I also knew this going in and I did better than the several past Thanksgiving weekends.
A big difference is no sugar soda, low cal desserts and a wife that gives me gentle reminders. That last part is very helpful.
I would like to reach 250 by Christmas. That would put me down 70 pounds in a years time and I believe that would help with the extra push past New Years day into 2008.
Once again...if you've been fighting a weight problem and are ready to get serious, my program that has worked great consists of two protein shakes a day, vitamins, Hoodia and one regular meal a day. There are some links in the side bar to buy protein and Hoodia. Get started and lose too.

I love reading your blog. I don't always comment, and I don't usually read it on the weekends, but I catch up on Mondays and I love that you are doing this. You are doing a great job! Someday it will be my turn. But not right now.
