Products I use for weight loss

I got a phone call from someone yesterday about the products I used for weight loss. Before we talk specifically about the products I use...I want to make it clear that as far as I'm concerned I have made a lifestyle change and I will continue to use these products as a way to maintain once I reach my final weight loss goal.

The protein I use is maximum protein. It is available only at franchise owned GNC stores. And not all franchise GNC stores carry Maximum Protein. Other proteins will work too. The reason I like the maximum protein is the flavor is much better than other proteins in my opinion. And the cost is decent too. A lot less expensive than others and only more expensive than a few.

I take GNC Mega Man Sport vitamins. One with breakfast and one with lunch. Everyday, two times a day. Those daily vitamins are avaiable at any GNC Store or online. Franchise or not.

And I use Hoodia. Hoodia comes in many forms and fashions. I am not an expert at Hoodia. I prefer Hoodia Blast. Which I've only ever found at the GNC in Spencer, IA. You can look up their number online and call. They will ship you what ever your need. I ordered Hoodia Blast from them just the other day.

When I can't get Hoodia Blast I buy which ever Hoodia the local GNC store carries. They had one in a red container and one in a greet container. Other than being Hoodia I can't tell you much more. You can also buy Hoodia through a link on this blog in the right hand column.

The Hoodia Blast gives you some added energy. The owner of the GNC in Spencer, IA (Troy) will recommend two Hoodia Blasts a day. I take only one a day because when I took two a day I had trouble sleeping. And on weekends that I take a Hoodia Blast in the morning I can't get my nap in during the afternoon. So the Hoodia Blast will help with the cravings and hunger pains but it also will keep you a little wired. Like a triple espresso.

I also take a whole body cleansing formula. Most work well. I would just ask at your local drug store or GNC and tell them what your goals are and hopefully they can help. While I like GNC products my experience has been that most that own or work at a GNC don't have great knowledge of the products they use and some will only push the items with the bigger mark ups. That's why I will call the GNC in Spencer, IA and talk with Troy, the owner. He really knows his stuff and if you explain what your goals are for health he will point you in the right direction. And that includes whether or not a protein diet is right for you, whether or not a Hoodia product is right for you and other products not related to weight loss.

I hope this helps.

Anyone looking for vitamins should opt online stores as they are much better than the local once and give more options in choosing the variety of vitamins.........!!!
