Over the past couple of weeks as I've refocused my efforts my wieght has been inching ever so slightly downward. I weigh most every morning and night. I do that more to make sure I'm not gaining versus making sure I'm losing weight. I have been losing weight however.
My average weight in the morning has dropped 4 pounds in the past two weeks and my average weight at night has dropped five pounds. And I think if I was to drink a lot less liquids I would see bigger drops.
