Yesterday was the first day when I wasn't away on a trip that I went a whole day without a shake. Normally I have a protein shake for breakfast and for lunch and what we fix the kids for dinner is what I have for dinner. Not yesterday.
I had a regular ole bowl of cereal for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and beef stew over rice for dinner. And I had some crackers for a snack.
The end result? I had an upset stomach last night and have one this morning. And I think it is from the overall diet choice yesterday.
I now believe more than before that my weight loss program (that's been working wonders for me) has changed my body enough where I'm not used to such a large varierty of foods and not used to a whole day of it.

I understand Adam. Even with my pinched nerve, I have been staying on my new programme food and I'm so glad that I have continued to eat well. I think it is at times like this we realise that we really are making lifestyle changes and sometimes it takes our mind a while to catch up with our body. In other words changing our thinking is harder than changing our eating habits.
