This morning as I was fixing breakfast for my two youngest boys one wanted Cheerios and one wanted Oatmeal. Once both breakfasts were made one boy was jealous of what the other boy had. And in an attempt to avoid a morning melt down based on what he ate for breakfast, I ended up making a second bowl of Cheerios.
So I ate the Oatmeal. I didn't want Oatmeal. But I ate Oatmeal. So no shake for breakfast. And I have a lunch meeting today with a client. So no lunch shake.
Just another challenge in a weight loss day.

family life is so great..funny and sweet and full of stories...you can always have another shake but those little boys won't always be little...
I wonder if good stories help us lose weight...after all....they do shake us up a little bit..
that was sort of funny!
but I do know how scary it is when your routine is interrupted...feels like your control goes out the window..
you will be ok...and those little boys will go to daycare happy!
One of my daily goals is to start the day easy...no conflict and no melt downs.
that is a great goal ad...
