I kinda feel this way every February. I think it has a lot to do with football coming to an end after Sunday and nothing to grab my sports attention until April (The Masters). One reason I always worry in February is I find it easy to eat more when there are not activities to keep your mind active.
Watch sports and whatnot always help me. So I'm now faced with the time taken aways by my love of watching football on the weekends being freed up.
Knowing that it is coming and winning the battle last year I know I have a fighting chance. And I have three boys and a wife. Maybe it is time for us to start spending more time on the weekends doing family activities.

Great idea!
Have you ever tried geocaching (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geocaching). It can be a really fun family activity, and you get a little exercise as well. The catch is you need a GPS device, which can be expensive, but if you have a friend you can borrow one from, it's well worth giving it a try. There's also letterboxing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Letterboxing) which you can do without GPS.
good insight ad......if we can see it coming we can do something about it.....there sure are times that we are more vulnerble than others, arent' there?
