Finishing Out The Weekend

I have stayed put on a regular diet through the weekend. I had a protein shake for breakfast yesterday but have eaten regular the rest of the day and today. I will do my protein again starting tomorrow and then try and compare the past days to this next week.

the last week has given you a good opportunity to experience what you really like and are the most comfortable doing..

space camp and Easter were two life events that made it more difficult to do your shakes..

sounds like you did a good job being aware...

and I think awareness is a huge part of this lifestyle change...
