Regular Diet, Inched Up

After several people suggesting I eat more regular and not do protein shakes for two meals everyday, I went all regular meals this weekend. And the results? Slightly heavier this Monday morning.

I will go with my shakes today and tomorrow. On Wednesday I leave for a Space Camp with my 11 year-old's 6th grade classes field trip. We'll be gone for three days. And I will eat regular meals those three days. We'll see how it goes.

Tonight with my wife working late I'll have all three boys and I an hoping the weather will be nice this evening so we can go to the park. I took the boys to the park last Wednesday and Thursday evenings. The temps here were in the 70s and playing hard for an hour or so with the kids also provides me with a good work out.

Sounds like a really fun field trip! How cool that you are going along! Is Joseph glad, or is it annoying to have his Dad go? Kids can be weird that way...

I will be interested to hear how it goes with the eating. Maybe just a shift to 1 protein shake a day to start with would work better? A slower transition.
