We're getting ready to move to a new house this coming weekend. They got me to thinking about needing to change my (our) address for those we do business with. That also means we need to get a change on our driver's licenses.
I pulled my license out and noticed that the weight on my license was 265. I now weight between 255 and 263. I have not lost any real weight since I got my license last summer. I was a bit disappointed to realize that I have been only maintaining since last summer.
I know when I moved in May from Iowa to South Carolina I weighed 280. So losing 15 pounds from middle of May to July was decent. Be nothing really since.
I'm going to have to refocus my game plan and do something different. Things I'm considering doing...
1. Full body cleanse
2. Hoodia more regularly
3. Having my one meal per day be a bit smaller
4. Eating more veggies if/when I snack (I've been snacking way too much)
5. Do my shakes for lunch and dinner or for breakfast and dinner.
6. Eating three shakes a day once or twice per week
7. Simply eat better on the weekends.
The weekends have been the hardest on me and I have been eating more at dinner that I was during the biggest weight lost periods. Having a shake at dinner time and having my one regular meal earlier in the day would help with having too much to eat later at night. With summer coming on and playing with the kids outside later...means later dinners and eating closer to bedtime. I understanding eating a lot before bed is not good.
I think the playing outside with the kids more and not eating as much at night will make a big difference.

it is good to have a plan and a starting date again...you will probably have to get through this move before you can really focus again like you want to...
so is hoodia a good birthday and/or Christmas present?
