I just realized that I have not been updating my weight loss efforts. I'm back to updating regularly again.
I have been holding steady for the most part between a low of 257 and a high of 263 over the past several weeks. I over ate tonight. It was boys night and we made muffins, there was pudding and we were having a fun time...that meant eating too much for all of the boys.
Now that I'm one week away from traveling to the mountains three days a week and the tournament I was hosting is over, I can become more focused on the task at hand...losing more weight.
I want to be 230 by the end of summer. I think that goal will now become losing 30 pounds by December. It isn't safe.
I plan to run (MTAs) two days a week and to walk to more business during the day. Versus driving all the time. It will safe on gas and on the waist line.
I have a new site coming soon. This blog will soon be on DietTestimonials(dot)com. Right now that site has lots of links to weight loss products and programs. And I have a my own story on the site.
The new site will allow others to share their stories of weight loss. I think it will become a really nice site.

Glad to see you are posting again! You have to be gone 3 nights a week? For how long? That's gonna be tough for all of you!
I am so glad to see you posting again ad....and it is so good that you have maintained your weight...soon you will be able to focus again like you need to..keep the faith honey.......I love you!
