There's a reason for no updates over the past month or so. I haven't been doing well at all. I've gained about 5 pounds and seem to have hit a wall. Snacking way too much in the evenings.
After purchasing a body cleansing product a month ago...I've started the body cleansing full force this week. I hopefully will be able to hold off on the snacking. It seems to only be at night...after dinner, after the kids go to bed and before I go to bed.
I feel okay that I've only put on a couple of pounds. I am disappointed that I have not been losing any weight this summer. My goal had been to lose another 30 pounds. My goal is still the same, just my goal date has now moved to Christmas from the end of Summer.
I feel that I can achieve the goal.

how I understand what you are saying about nighttime snacking...that is my absolute hardest time..it always has been..I can work on good eating the whole rest of the day but when night hits......apparently I do too..I have worked at finding something that I really enjoy and know I can have that one thing every night no matter what...I work it into my program...it can be a half cup of peanut m & m's just so long as I know the calorie count and that it is halfways good for me...and peanut m & m's are the best candy you can eat .. at least that is what I have read...lately I have been having a half of a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of pink lemonade...love the texture and that is also good for me...healthy choice bread which is a low glycemic bread which is also good...so this is my book for today and I am very glad you are back to posting...I love you and you will get the power back!!!
You know, it all takes time. You really hit it hard when you started. It's a process. And as long as your are working toward a goal, you'll do fine. I keep telling myself that perfection isn't required. Persistence is. Keep with it and you'll find your groove.
I wonder if it would be easier if you decided that you finished the first round - lost (60?) lbs and have been able to maintain that. Success!! Now you are ready to lose again, but this time you only need to lose 30! It might be easier if you felt like you were starting fresh instead of feeling like you haven't finished yet. Just a thought.
