This morning's weigh in? 275. Back and forth we go. I thought I did good yesterday. Saying that I know I still have the same struggles I've always had. Snacking late at night. A battle I'll keep on fighting.
One the positive note...I have a new flavor of Maximum Protein...Chocolate Chip Mint. Best tasting protein yet.

I will even make sure to have good healthy choices for you when you come in july....
we can all benefit from that...
daily weighing is going to be up and down based on all kinds of other things than your food intake..at least that is what I have read...if you are following a good program consistently you will lose...
