A slight gain

This morning's weigh in saw the scale jump to 268. A bit disappointing but after a bigger drop the day before, I think its okay to have a slight gain...even though I kept to the program.

I think that is normal to have some ups and downs in weight while being on a program...over the long haul it evens out to be a certain number of pounds lost per week...

if only we could see a steady decline .. that would be perfect and give us a feeling of being in control too...
